Recommended Stretches for the Glutes

This is Kenji from Life Force Chiropractic! With the winter season coming, it even more paramount you stretch your body to avoid stress on the body, so today I would like to share my go-to stretches when I am sitting for a long time or after a long drive. This is known as a Seated pigeon pose and can be done on the ground or while you are sitting on a chair. This is a wonderful stretch for your glutes and lower back!
