With the winter season coming, it even more paramount you stretch your body to avoid stress on the body, so today I would like to share my go-to stretches when I am sitting for a long time or after a long drive. This is known as a Seated pigeon pose and can be done on the ground or while you are sitting on a chair. This is a wonderful stretch for your glutes and lower back!
