Late last month, I went to a professional baseball game at Koshien Park with Roy, a staff member, while traveling in the Kansai region. It was my first time to attend a baseball game at Koshien, and the atmosphere and the spectacular play of the pros made me feel a sense of power that I normally can't experience. The Hanshin Tigers, the team I root for, won the game, and I had a wonderful day!
We also ate Osaka's famous takoyaki (octopus dumplings) and were very satisfied with the taste, which we could not have tasted anywhere else. The temperatures in Osaka and Hyogo were quite high, around 34 degrees Celsius, but we were able to experience sights and sounds not seen in Okinawa, making for a very productive trip!
We hope you will visit Osaka when you have a chance!
