Hello everyone, I am Kawamitsu, Director of LFC.

Today, we held a company information session at SOLA, a school corporation, to explain how LFC is looking for new employees to join our expanding business. Therefore, we held a company information session on August 28 at SOLA, which is the closest school to LFC.

The briefing was targeted at 42 second-year students who will graduate next March. In about an hour, we explained the corporate philosophy, what is chiropractic? and LFC's treatment methods, patients and cases, future prospects, and all other areas were explained in 10 sections.

We were especially surprised to see that our clinic has 60-70% foreign patients, many of whom are babies and pediatric patients, and we were able to share some beauty courses that are not usually offered at chiropractic clinics. In addition, when Roy, a staff member who has just started working at the clinic, demonstrated adjustments, the sound of his adjustments echoed throughout the room, eliciting sighs from the students!

After the one-hour presentation, I asked the students if they would like to work at LFC, and to my surprise, about 10 students responded that they were interested.

We will do our best to hire excellent personnel as a result of this experience. We will also produce excellent practitioners who will be able to provide excellent techniques to our patients.
