Chiropractic and Surfing!

Chiropractic care can be very beneficial for surfers in maintaining their bodies and improving performance. Surfing is a sport that uses all the muscles and joints in the body, as it requires a great deal of twisting, balancing, and adjusting one's strength to the wave. It is especially easy to strain the hips, shoulders, and back when standing up from paddling, and the forced posture and movements can easily lead to injury and discomfort. Chiropractic care can be effective in helping with these challenges.
