Hello everyone, I am Kawamitsu, the LFC representative.
It's been winter in Okinawa recently, and the northerly winds are making me feel cold.
This time, I would like to introduce my blog titled "When bones and joints are distorted, even cells are distorted?" When I was still a doctor of chiropractic student in the U.S., we had a course called "Histology" in which we studied cells.
There, I learned various things such as how cells change when they are exposed to diseases and the functions of white blood cells, NK cells, T cells, and other cells that protect the body.
I had the opportunity to observe Scoliosis cells in my doctoral class, and compared to a straight spine, the cells of a scoliosis spine were lumpy (middle photo) and deformed. As you can see in the picture below, the cells on the leftmost side are straight spine cells with a neat malleolus shape.
One of the most surprising things was the fact that, as indicated in the title above, "When bones and joints are distorted, even cells are distorted! As indicated in the above title, "When bones and joints are distorted, cells are also distorted!
The same thing happens with joints that are chronically distorted. A chronic distortion is, for example, a joint that has been in pain for more than about six months. Patients often ask me why their joints are distorted again even after adjustment. One of the reasons is this cellular deformation. Even if a distorted joint is adjusted and returned to its original position, if the cell shape is distorted, it will easily return to its original distorted joint state again.
Therefore, it takes time for the joints to be reborn into a beautiful shape by stimulating cellular renewal while adjusting the joints. Children during their growth spurt are born again relatively quickly, and their metabolism is good, so distortion settles down relatively quickly. It depends on the person, but it often takes from 2 to 3 months to 2 to 3 years.
For this reason, our clinic has a six-month membership system, which allows us to restore the cells to their original shape over the long term.
Thanks to your support, many of you have calmed down around six months. We would appreciate your understanding.
