5. work in the same posture for a long time
Working at a desk or standing in the same position for long periods of time can cause stiff shoulders. Regular stretching and light exercise can relieve muscle tension and prevent stiff shoulders.

6. inappropriate bedding
Pillows and mattresses that are too hard can also cause stiff shoulders. Choosing the right bedding for you will reduce the strain on your body during sleep and help prevent stiff shoulders. It is important to review the height and firmness of your pillow.
