Have you ever paid attention to your own sleep time?
The amount of sleep varies with age, depending on the individual! Data show that up to 10 years of age sleep 8-9 hours, at 15 years about 8 hours, at 25 years about 7 hours, at 45 years about 6.5 hours, and at 65 years about 6 hours.

People who sleep less than average hours have reduced brain functions such as concentration, attention, judgment, and memory.
Some may think, "I'm fine," or "That can't be true," but studies have shown that people with cognitive decline are unaware of their own cognitive decline.

I try to get my children to bed by 9:00 as much as possible. They say that what they learn at school becomes knowledge while they are sleeping! So, as you can say for adults, even if you learn a lot, if you don't get a good night's sleep, your mind will remain foggy and not become knowledge 😨.
