Stretching at home!

Hello Life Force Chiropractic, this is Molly.
How was everyone at home during the rain and wind of Typhoon No. 6?

I had rainwater entering through a doorway and there was an offensive and defensive battle going on in my house.
It never flooded, but it was quite a hot battle (laughs).

Somehow, we managed to regain a peaceful life by making use of various things.

However, if you can't even go outside for several days on end, your body gradually becomes sluggish and you start to notice stiff shoulders and sore backs.

So why not use your free time at home to stretch?

Stretching helps to make the body less tired and less prone to injury.
Also, when receiving chiropractic care, it is recommended that the muscles be soft so that adjustments will be smoother!

If regular stretching is not enough for you, we recommend using a stretching pole.

How about taking this opportunity to make stretching a habit?
