Hello everyone, this is Kawamitsu, Director of LFC.
How are you doing? It is getting windy and cold these days.
Today I would like to introduce a baby patient, Hazel. Hazel, 9 months old, initially came to our clinic because her right shoulder was higher than her left shoulder when she sat up.
According to my parents, it was like that when they noticed it, especially when my mother said, "I have had scoliosis since I was little and I had the surgery for it. Could it be a genetic effect?" I looked into it and found that Hazel also had scoliosis.
Although there is no medical evidence, when we clinically examine the bodies of family members, it is quite likely that many bataans are distorted in a similar way.
In fact, at the time of my first chiropractic visit at the age of 14, my mother also had back pain and when she was examined by the doctor, he told her that she had the same distortion.
One of the factors is that we are living in the same environment. In this sense, if you have symptoms or pain, you may have family members who have similar symptoms or distortions.
Hazel was in tears that day, but after three sessions so far, her shoulders have become more balanced. Children are in their growth spurt, so their symptoms improve very quickly. I would like to continue to watch Hazel's body and see her grow and develop.
