Today I would like to share with you what I did on my day off. The other day, my wife and I took a drive around the southern part of the country, and we went to a restaurant with a beautiful view for lunch.
The name of the restaurant is "Oru-ru," which means "blue" in the Okinawan dialect. When I was still a small child, I used to cry when I fell and hit my knee, and I had a blue bruise on my knee from internal bleeding. I used to call it "oolu" as well, but I am not sure if it means the same thing as "blue.
The two of us got along well with each other because what this place was famous for was omelette rice and taco rice. Of course, the taste was delicious.
It is good to visit these places once in a while to get to know Okinawa!
