It rained heavily until noon today. The thunderstorms in the morning were also amazing. I hope the rainy season will end soon because our staff member, Ryan, commutes to work on his bike.
Today I would like to tell you about my first visit to a pancake specialty restaurant on our regular holiday. The place is in Yomitan Village. It was my first time there, so I was excited to find out where it was. I was looking for it, but before I knew it, I passed by it and when I went back, I found it was a place I had passed by many times before! It was a cute store with a view of the ocean right by the window! There were many English signs in the restaurant, so it seems that there are many foreign customers. We were the only ones there because it was a little past opening time. Of course, there were only pancakes on the menu, but there were so many varieties that it was hard to decide which one to try. There was one with taco meat sandwiched in between and another called German Potato Pancakes! We had a hard time deciding, but we ordered the meal type and the dessert type. We were surprised at how gorgeous they looked when they came out! We ate it right away and it was so delicious! I can't tell you how many times I said it was delicious! The rare cheese pancakes for dessert were even more gorgeous and prettier than the picture! Of course, they were quite delicious and I finished them in no time! The coffee was delicious too! The coffee was delicious as well! When Corona settles down, our staff will go there together 🎶.
