Well, I'd like to change the subject, but actually, for the first time in a long time, my back pain, which was originally a chronic illness, has worsened. In Germany, I believe, they refer to "back pain" as a "witch's strike. https://www.nichibeieigo.jp/kotsukotsu/conversation/2159/ I had my first back pain in the second grade of junior high school, and the pain was comparable to that of the first time.

I managed to hold it together that day, but the next day I went to a nearby osteopathic clinic. There, I received several different treatments, and the pain improved to about 70%. The next day, I went to the same osteopathic clinic first thing in the morning, and the pain was a little better and recovered to about 80%. After work that day, I went to another osteopathic clinic to receive treatment at my own expense, and my pain improved again to about 80.50%.

As anyone with back pain knows, a little residual pain is also a lot of discomfort. I immediately contacted an American chiropractic doctor I knew, who took time out of his day off to treat me. He took time out of his day off to help me and the pain was about 90.80% gone.

Here again I learned how my body was distorted and what was causing my back pain. I am very grateful to Dr. Holiday at Okinawa Chiropractic Center. As a chiropractic doctor myself, one of my jobs is to remove pain from my patients on a daily basis, but I cannot easily remove my own pain by myself. Here I realized again the importance of the work I am doing.

In the coming year, I would like to go forward with my mission to maintain my own health first and foremost, and to draw out the life force of many suffering people and restore their health.
